New insanity update is here! 🙂 Okay, I’m not going to lie but the past week was kind of easy because I missed two days… ahhh… well, I went to VEGASSS! …and it just didn’t happen there. I left on Saturday and came back on Monday, so I missed Sunday and Monday, I worked out on Saturday before I took off.
Anyway, on Thursday was another “fit test” and here are my results:

So there is clearly an improvement however my jumps are still quite weak. Will continue to work out and see if I can improve even more. I am excited for what the future holds!
This week is passing so fast, I can’t believe it’s already Wednesday, however I am not planning on taking any trips before the end of Insanity, therefore I won’t miss any more exercises (hopefully).
